CHAPTER 05 / 08
WOMEN’S SEXUALITY / DIRECT APPROACH
One Direct Way to Address a Sexless Relationship
—Performing in Adult Videos
It is also possible to engage directly with sexual experiences as a form of work.
This option is significantly different in nature from the others.
If you are clear that you want to have sex, performing in adult videos may be considered one way to address that desire very directly.
Rather than paying for the experience, you perform professionally and receive compensation for your work.
Engaging with sexual experiences for the purpose of filming
You engage with sexual experiences alongside members of a production team, with filming as the clearly defined purpose.
It is an entirely different approach from dating or using matching apps.
This option differs fundamentally from the others: there is a possibility that the experience will be recorded on video.
How will the footage be used, and where will it remain available? How much of your face will be shown? What are the terms of the contract? We recommend carefully confirming these matters for yourself before applying or agreeing to perform.
This option provides a very direct sexual experience and offers the benefit of compensation. At the same time, it is a choice that must be made with the understanding that a permanent record may remain.
