By applying for or using the Service, you are deemed to have reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

Any conditions individually presented by the Company at the time of reservation confirmation via LINE, email, or other means form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Nature of the Service)

The Service provides conversation, dates, escorting, and intimacy and sensual services for women, based on the mutual will and continuing consent of both the customer and the cast.

Pre-visit questionnaires and consultations are for mutual understanding on the day; they do not guarantee specific acts, progress, outcomes, or satisfaction.

CHAPTER 02

Article 3 (Eligibility)

Use of the Service is limited to individuals who meet all of the following:

  1. Are 18 years of age or older.

Article 4 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

You represent and warrant that you are not a member or affiliate of organized crime groups, corporate racketeers, political racketeers, special intelligence violent groups, or any other anti-social forces.

If you are found to be or be connected with anti-social forces, the Company may cancel your reservation or terminate the Service without notice.

If a reservation is canceled or the Service is terminated due to false declarations by you, any fees already paid will not be refunded.

CHAPTER 03

Reservation, Fees, and Payment

Article 5 (Formation of Reservations)

A reservation is officially formed when both of the following are complete:

  1. The Company has sent you a reservation confirmation notice.
  2. Full payment of the fees presented by the Company has been completed.

Consultations via LINE, interactive questionnaires, date inquiries, provisional holds, or quotes alone do not constitute a reservation.

Article 6 (Fees and Full Prepayment)

Service fees are, in principle, payable in full in advance. Installments, payment on the day, or post-service payment are not accepted unless individually permitted by the Company.

Service fees, transportation, accommodation, dining, and any other necessary costs will be disclosed as a total amount or with their calculation method before reservation confirmation.

If you request additional dining, extensions, travel, or other changes on the day and the Company agrees, you may be charged for the additional portion.

CHAPTER 04

Article 7 (How to Cancel)

We accept cancellations and date changes via message to our official LINE.

The cancellation acceptance date is the date (Japan time) on which your clear cancellation intent reaches our official LINE and the Company confirms its content.

Article 10 (Reasons for Cancellation and Actual Costs)

Cancellations due to your circumstances—including poor health, fever, work, family, partner-related reasons, personal judgment about weather, change of mood, or anxiety—are subject to the cancellation fees in the preceding two Articles.

If non-refundable actual expenses have been incurred for accommodations, transportation, dining, or other third-party payments, they will be reflected in the fee calculation and charged to you as necessary.

We will not double-charge cancellation fees and actual expenses for the same damage.

Article 11 (No-Shows and Late Arrival)

In the event of a no-show, significant delay, or loss of contact, we may decline future reservations.

CHAPTER 06

  3. Repeating the same questions, demands, accusations, or apologies.

If your conduct causes damages, penalties, repair costs, or response costs to the Company, the cast, hotels, ryokans, restaurants, transport operators, or other third parties, you will be responsible for such damages.

Where necessary for safety or legal compliance, the Company will report to or consult with the police, facility managers, or other relevant authorities.

CHAPTER 08

Special Terms for FROM CHECK-IN TO CHECK-OUT

Article 19 (Nature of FCTC)

FROM CHECK-IN TO CHECK-OUT is a special plan involving accommodation, long time blocks, transportation, and facility arrangements.

Sharing a room or staying overnight does not imply that either the customer or the cast has consented to unwanted acts, private relationships, romance, or dating.

Article 20 (Suspension and Exit During Overnight Stays)

Even during an overnight stay, if any of the following are materially impaired, the cast may terminate the Service and exit the facility:

  1. Physical or life safety.
  2. Normal communication.
  3. Free will and ongoing consent.
  4. Mutual trust.
  5. Order within hotels, ryokans, restaurants, or other facilities.

CHAPTER 09

Recording and Evidence Preservation

Article 21 (Prohibition on Customer Recording)

You must not record the cast, staff, service content, or conversations by photography, videography, audio recording, surreptitious filming or listening, screen recording, live streaming, or any other method.

Article 22 (Recording for Safety)

If violence, threats, harassment, nuisance to facilities, illegal acts, or other safety issues arise and it is reasonably necessary to confirm facts or preserve evidence, the Company or the cast may retain minimal necessary records—audio, video, messages, or otherwise—within the bounds of applicable laws and facility rules.

Such records will be used only for safety, fact-finding, legal claims, consultations with police or attorneys, insurance, or other necessary purposes.

CHAPTER 10

Confidentiality and Rights Infringement

Article 23 (Confidentiality of Cast and Related Parties)

You must not disclose or publish to third parties any non-public information obtained through the Service about the cast, staff, or related persons, including real names, addresses, workplaces, families, social media accounts, private lives, or conversations.

Article 24 (False Posts and Defamation)

The Company does not categorically prohibit legitimate opinions or feedback based on facts.

  1. Reviews, posts, or communications that include false statements of fact.
  2. Defamation, insults, or slander targeting the Company, cast, or staff.
  3. Posting personal data, private-life details, or non-public information.
  4. Unauthorized disclosure of photos, audio, video, or conversation content.
  5. Threats, obstruction of business, impersonation, or other rights violations.

Where rights violations are confirmed, the Company may seek post removal, apply for disclosure of sender information, claim damages, consult the police, and file reports or complaints, or take other necessary measures.

Even anonymous posts may lead to disclosure of the sender’s name, address, or other information through procedures based on applicable laws.

Article 25 (Intellectual Property)

Rights to the texts, images, photos, videos, logos, emblems, designs, programs, and other content on this site belong to the Company or the rightful owners.

Reproduction, reprinting, alteration, distribution, commercial use, or imitation without permission from the rights holder is prohibited.

CHAPTER 11

Disclaimers, Force Majeure, and Damages

Article 26 (Force Majeure)

If service provision becomes difficult due to circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control—such as natural disasters, typhoons, heavy snow, earthquakes, infectious disease, suspension or delay of public transport, flight cancellations, accidents, or sudden illness of the cast—we will first propose a date change.

If rescheduling is difficult, we will refund or settle fees for unprovided services according to the specific circumstances.

For actual expenses already paid to accommodations, transport, restaurants, or other third parties that are non-refundable, the third party’s rules will apply.

Article 27 (Delays by the Company or Cast)

If the cast’s arrival is delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as transport delays or flight cancellations, the Company will promptly inform you and propose reasonable options such as extending the session, changing the start time, or rescheduling.

For time we are unable to provide due to our circumstances, we will extend, reschedule, or settle an equivalent amount.

Article 28 (Damages)

If the Company, the cast, or third parties incur damages due to your intent, negligence, breach of these Terms, or other reasons attributable to you, you will be responsible for such damages.

If you suffer damages due to the Company’s slight negligence, the Company’s liability will be limited to the amount of service fees the Company received for the relevant reservation.

This limitation does not apply in cases of the Company’s intent or gross negligence.

CHAPTER 12

Amendments, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

Article 29 (Amendments)

The Company may amend these Terms when reasonably necessary, including due to changes in laws, service content, or safety management needs.

Amended Terms will be published on this site or by other appropriate means.

Article 30 (Severability)

Even if any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by law or court decision, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Article 31 (Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction)

Japanese law governs these Terms and the Service.

For disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, to the extent permitted by law, the district court or summary court with jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
